Your information. A clear purpose.

How we handle website enquiries and the information you choose to share with Loxia.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Who we are and what this covers

This website is operated by Loxia Grid LTD ("Loxia", "we", "us"). Loxia Grid LTD is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and our business enquiries. Contact us at contact@loxia.ai about privacy or your information.

This notice covers website visits, the Use Case Test enquiry form and related correspondence. It does not replace the agreement for a paid pilot, model evaluation, Loxia Grid deployment or another separately contracted service. The website enquiry form is hosted externally; it does not run inside your organization.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, service of interest and a description of your task. You may also provide a model name, preferred testing period or deadline, and whether you can supply non-sensitive sample or mock data. We also receive information you choose to include in correspondence.

Providing this information is voluntary, not a legal requirement. Without enough contact or task information, we may be unable to reply or assess your request. Provide only what is necessary. Do not include confidential material, passwords, identity documents, health or financial records, or personal information about other people. The enquiry form is not a document-upload or training-data intake service.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your proposed use case, assess suitability, discuss scope and prepare a proposal. We may retain relevant correspondence to manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant permission for unrelated promotional messages. It does not create a paid engagement or authorize a model-training project. Any pilot or training work requires a separate agreement on scope and data.

Service providers and disclosures

The enquiry form is hosted by Zite, operated by Restly, Inc. (the provider behind Fillout). We currently manage submissions within Zite/Fillout. They are not automatically copied to email or a separate customer relationship management (CRM) system. On Loxia’s side, access to those submissions is currently limited to the person responsible for handling enquiries.

We use the email address you provide to contact you directly. Any resulting email correspondence is processed by the email services used to send and receive it. Our website is hosted using Microsoft Azure, and pages load fonts from Google Fonts; these services receive technical information necessary to deliver their content.

If we introduce a CRM or another enquiry-management provider, we will use it for the purposes described in this notice, limit the information and access to what is needed, and put appropriate data protection terms in place. We will update this notice where necessary and provide additional notice or obtain consent if required by applicable law. This does not authorize unrelated marketing or the sale of your information.

We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights or investigate abuse. We do not publish enquiry submissions.

Zite describes its own service practices in its Privacy Policy. That policy does not replace Loxia’s responsibility for how we use your enquiry.

Where information is processed

Our business operations and service providers may process information outside your country, including in Israel and the United States. The website form does not carry a promise that information remains in Israel, the EU or your organization’s network.

International processing must be supported by the safeguards required by the law that applies to the transfer. Contact us for details about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to address your request and any resulting business discussions. We review stored enquiries at least once a year and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. An active discussion, a customer relationship or a specific legal, accounting or dispute-related requirement may justify retaining relevant records for longer.

An annual review is not a guarantee that every enquiry is retained for one year, or that every record is deleted on its first anniversary. Retention is based on the continuing purpose and applicable requirements. A valid deletion request or another legal requirement may require action sooner than the next review.

You may ask us to delete your enquiry. Where a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute requires us to retain limited records, we will explain the reason where permitted. Deletion from active systems and removal from provider backups may follow different schedules.

Protecting information

On Loxia’s side, access to form submissions is restricted to the person handling enquiries. The hosted form also relies on the technical and organizational security measures operated by its provider. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please send only the limited business information needed for an initial conversation. If sensitive material is needed for a later engagement, agree an appropriate transfer method and contractual protections with us first.

Website storage and external links

Our accessibility controls save your reading preferences in your browser’s local storage when it is available. You can reset those preferences through the Accessibility panel or clear your browser’s stored site data.

Hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times and service logs. Zite may use cookies or similar technologies within its embedded form under its own policies. External destinations, including LinkedIn, YouTube and OnBuzz, have their own privacy practices.

Your choices and rights

Contact contact@loxia.ai to ask about personal information we hold about you, request access, or request correction or deletion where applicable. Under Israeli law, this includes rights to inspect information and to seek correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date, subject to applicable conditions.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, you may also have rights to erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority where applicable.

Right to object: where processing is based on legitimate interests and applicable law gives you this right, you can object by contacting us. We will consider your request under that law.

We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. Rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law; this notice does not waive or limit them.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies

We rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and managing business relationships, subject to your rights and interests. Where you personally request steps toward a contract, those steps may be the relevant basis. We rely on legal obligations for legally required processing, and on consent where the law requires it for a specific optional activity.

Enquiry information is used for human follow-up. This website does not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when relevant practices change and show the revised date above. Where the law requires additional notice or consent for a change, updating this page alone does not replace that requirement.
